Before applying any teeth whitening products to your teeth, prepare them by cleaning them thoroughly with a home-made baking soda and hydrogen peroxide homemade teeth whitening kit or with a commercially available teeth whitening product.
Do not skip this step! Make sure to remove any surface stains.
#1 Pain Medication

The ingredients contained in the sensitive toothpastes do not penetrate teeth too deeply and therefore, do not cause additional damage to teeth. Therefore, the use of sensitive toothpastes is one of the best ways to minimize pain during the teeth whitening process.
#3 Brush Before You Treat
It will be okay if you could just brush off the teeth sensitivity after whitening. However, it is very important to keep a schedule even after the treatment.
Babies are born with teeth, and they are not sensitive until it has sharp edges.
As the baby tooth grows, the edges become sharper and become sensitive. Children or teenagers will become aware of the pain when teeth are no sharp edges.

#10 Limit How Often You Whiten
Whitening your teeth regularly is important to keep them looking bright and white. However, too much of a good thing can often cause problems.
For example, if you have sensitive teeth and you whiten them too often that can actually cause more sensitivity. This is because, as mentioned, when teeth are at their most sensitive is when they are conducting active repair processes.
